Tim O'Reilly is married to Brooke O'Reilly and has four wonderful children. Other than going away to school, Tim has lived in Springfield, Missouri his entire life.

Additional Information:
Eric Jensen is happily married and has two children. He has lived in Springfield, Missouri, since 1994, and except for going to college, has lived in Southwest Missouri virtually his entire life.
Christopher S. Moberg
Position: Associate
Mr. Moberg received his B.A. degree from Central Missouri State University, summa cum laude, in 2001, and was a member of the honor fraternal society of Phi Kappa Phi. Chris received his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 2005. While in law school he was the President of the Health Law Society, a member of the Environmental Law Society, and received the Sheridan Award for Outstanding Oral Argument. He also co-authored and provided research for a comment submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency, and authored an article on Stem Cell Research, Cloning, and Eugenics.
Mr. Moberg is a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in Missouri, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. He is dedicated to bettering the legal environment in Greene County through doing pro bono legal work, involvement with the Young Lawyers Association, and by joining the attorney Mentorship Program through the SMBA. He is also active in the community, serves on a local non-profit Board of Directors, and is the saxophonist at his local Church. Mr. Moberg has been happily married to his wife Brandy since 2005, has an eight year old step-daughter who is enrolled in Springfield Public Schools, and has another child on the way.
J. Craig Preston
Position: Associate
Mr. Preston grew up in Sparta, Missouri where he attended elementary and high school. After graduation, Mr. Preston decided to attend the University of Arizona where he received his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from the Collage of Business and Public Administration. Upon graduation from the University of Arizona, Mr. Preston attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude.
After graduation from Law School, Mr. Preston and his wife decided to return home and he began his practice. As an associate with O'Reilly & Jensen, L.L.C., Mr. Preston focuses his practice on civil ligation and transactions with special emphasis on real estate law and litigation, construction law, personal injury, worker's compensation, employment law, collections, and business formation. Mr. Preston has been involved in all aspects of both judge and jury tried cases as well as appeals there from.
Outside of his practice, Mr. Preston enjoys spending time with his wife, Rintha, and son, Grady. He also greatly enjoys volunteering his time as a board member on the City of Ozark Parks and Recreation Board of Directors since being appointed by the Mayor in 2008. He is also a member of Ozark Rotary, and has judged numerous speech and debate competitions as well as trial advocacy competitions. Finally, he is an avid golfer, enjoys various water sports and outdoor activities, and constantly follows the University of Arizona men's basketball program.
