How Is Your Loved One Being Treated?

knowledgeable in the area of nursing home litigation.
The nursing home industry is responsible for taking care
of your loved one. Their failure to do so can make them liable
both under federal and state laws. We believe that these laws and
the aggressive enforcement of these laws will prevent nursing home
residents from being abused or neglected.
